Maintenance Agreements

Your Agreement covers thorough Maintenance carried out on a semi-annual, annual, bi-annual or custom basis' for singular to combined HVAC, Electrical or Refrigeration Services. Standard Rates with a 10% discount on all equipment and parts, 15% on labor, along with complete tax exemptions of 5.5% will be applied for all repairs, additions, alterations, replacements within the purview of the Maintenance Agreement.
