Maintenance Agreements

We provide skilled, thorough service, paying attention to the particular heating or cooling equipment and to the building system as a whole. Our Maintenance Agreement meets the requirements to retain manufacturer warranties. Your Agreement covers thorough Maintenance carried out on a semi-annual basis for combined heating and cooling systems or annually for heating or cooling alone. Standard Flat Rate with a 10% discount will be applied for all repairs outside the purview of the Maintenance Agreement.

HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS COOLING ONLY
Combined Service:  
Includes spring and fall tune-up $170/yr.
With oil heat $195/yr.
A/C Service: $85/yr.
Geo Service: $100/yr.
IAQ (indoor air quality products) HEATING ONLY

Items such as humidifiers, ultraviolet lamps, ERVs, HRVs, electronic air cleaners and other accessories.

$20 each/yr.
Generators $125/yr.

Heating Service:

 
Gas Heat $85/yr.
Oil Heat $110/yr.
Geo Heat $100/yr.
Boilers $85/yr.

 

The Maintenance Agreement starts on the date of your approval and lasts for one, three, five or 10 years. For three years save 5% on the above pricing! For five years, save 10% and for 10 years, save 15%! The agreement will automatically renew.
