Pre-Service Checklist
Before Rogers Control arrives to service your system, here is a helpful checklist that will allow us to fix the problem right away.
Find out where all your heating and cooling systems are located and power is on.
Check your air filter and insure unrestricted airflows. A dirty air filter is a common cause of problems.
Be ready to explain the symptoms or problems, you may have very important information our technitions can utilize in diagnosing.
Make sure the system is accessible. If your system's products are in an
attic crawl space, equipment room or bassement, please make sure they are easily accessible.
Make sure there's an adult (18 or over) home to legally allow entry to your
home.
Be prepared to answer the phone; Rogers Control will often call to confirm
the appointment on their way.
If your heat pump or air conditioner is frozen, shut if off before Rogers
Control arrives so it's thawed and ready for service.
Keep a file on hand with information on all prior services performed on
your system.
